Full Paper Submission Guideline

• All full papers must be submitted through congress website www.icpt2011.org. Full paper sent by FAX OR EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• The authors have to convert the papers from .doc format to pdf format, and confirm the conversion is done correctly before submitting it through the conference’s web site.
• You are required to attach the file by using browse button to upload. Authors are requested to submit a full paper as a PDF file as well as an MS-WORD file.
• All papers must be written in English with the maximum of 8(eight) A4 pages, inclusive of text, tables, figures and list of references.
• The main text of the paper is to be typed single-spaced using Times New Roman of font size 11.
• All pages must have a minimum margin of 25mm. on all four sides.
• The title of the paper should be printed in BOLD UPPERCASE.
• The name(s) of the author(s) must be in format of “LAST NAME, First name” with the name of presenting author printed in bold. There should be no more than 5 authors.
• The first page contains only title of the paper, the name(s) of the author(s) and affiliation(s), abstract, and keywords.
• The full paper must contain original material, not published or presented at any other international congress prior to the 7th ICPT.
• An acknowledgement or the receipt of the full paper submission will be sent automatically to the log-in person, the presenting author and the corresponding author by e-mail upon the successful online submission.
• The deadline for submission of the full papers is 1 February 2011.
• The confirmation of acceptance of the full paper by the Scientific Committee and instructions for slide preparation will be sent to the author by 1 April 2011. ONLY author with accepted full paper will receive the confirmation via submitted E-mail. For status enquiry, please check at FULL PAPER STATUS in www.icpt2011.org.
• ONLY presenting authors who registered and paid by 31 May 2011 will by added in the program and proceeding book.
