General Information
Thailand is centrally located in Asia easily accessible by all major Airlines. Passport and Visa: Tourist Visa Exemption
According to the Interior Ministerial Announcement, the passport holders from following 42 countries are not required to obtain a visa when entering Thailand for tourism purposes and will be permitted to stay in the Kingdom for a period of not exceeding 30 days on each visit.
Foreigners entering Thailand under the Tourist Visa Exemption category must possess adequate finances for the duration of stay in Thailand.

As a general rule, any foreign visitors wishing to entry the Kingdom of Thailand are required to apply for a visa from a Thai Embassy or Consulate-General. To do so, a foreigner must possess a valid passport or travel document that is recognized by the Royal Thai Government.
